Shipping & Delivery
Unless the desired items are explicitly marked as free shipping, the following provisions apply.
1. DHL Parcel Shipping (Standard)
Delivery is handled by DHL. We ship daily. Delivery time within Germany is 1–2 working days; international shipping takes longer depending on the destination. After dispatch, you will automatically receive your tracking number via email to track your shipment.

2. Deutsche Post (Small Items & Letters)
Merchandise Mail: For compact items (e.g. games, books).
Germany: 2.50 € | Rest of the World: 7.00 €
Letter Mail: For documents and postcards.
Germany: 1.50 € | Rest of the World: 3.45 €
3. Freight Shipping (Furniture & Bulky Goods)
Bulky items are delivered via specialized freight carriers. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during the checkout process and displayed before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping: Delivery within the EU or worldwide is available upon request. Please contact us with your destination for a personal quote.
4. High-Value Shipping (Value over 1,000 €)
High-value items are sent via a specialized high-value courier and delivered personally. Delivery occurs only after a successful identity check (ID card).
- Germany (up to 30 kg): 79.90 €
- EU Countries (up to 30 kg): 120.00 €
- Non-EU: Price on request
5. Local Pickup (Free of charge)
You are welcome to pick up your order in person. Please schedule an appointment in advance.
Pickup Hours: Mon–Fri: 09:00–16:00 | Sat: 09:00–12:00.
6. Combined Shipping
When purchasing multiple items, shipping costs are combined in the shopping cart. You will be charged once for the item with the highest
shipping class (plus any applicable surcharges).
Note: No discount is available for multiple freight items; individual shipping costs apply per item.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Costs
Registered customers can independently announce and manage returns under "My Account" in compliance with the statutory cancellation policy. Unregistered customers can use the withdrawal form at the end of the cancellation policy.
