Recht of withdrawal

Cancellation Policy cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered in a single shipment;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For such reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods that can be sent by post. You also bear the direct costs of returning the goods that cannot be sent by post due to their nature. The costs for these goods are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
