The bonus point program allows our registered customers to earn points for certain promotions.
Exchange rate: 1 bonus point (BP) = 1.00 Euro
The points are granted for the following activities and automatically credited to your account points account.
- 10 points for registration as a new customer
- 1 point for each order placed
- 1 point for every € 20 order value (€ 100 = 5 BP, € 180 = 9 BP, € 250 = 12 BP, etc.)
Example:
You register as a new customer = you get 10 BP worth 10 € in your points account.
You then buy a product from our catalog for € 248.90 = you get 1 BP for the order and one BP for every 20 euros of order value ... so here 12 BP.
- 10 BP for new customer registration
- 1 BP for an order
- 12 BP on the order value at € 248.90
That adds up to 23 BP. You can redeem 10 BP in the shopping cart with your first purchase. The remaining 13 BP will be credited to your account and can be redeemed for the next purchase. Of course you also have the opportunity to collect the BP as you would like.
The BP do not expire.
The BP are not transferable to other users.
If the account is terminated, the purchase is canceled or the purchased goods are exchanged, the BP awarded will also lapse.
The BP cannot be paid out as money value but can only be used in our collectorparadies24® online shop.
